"To be clear, this hotel bills itself as the oldest hotel in Italy. It is definitely vintage. That is part of the charm. My wife and I found it to be a wonderful place to stay. It is right across the road from the river Arno. People do party on the river walk for an extended time at night. If that is going to bother you, see if you can get a room on the other side. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was great! There are only one or two parking spots in the hotel's rear court. $20. Reserve early if you want one. Pisa does not have much parking."
