「Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. 「Great hotel in a good location. Everything was really easy, all instructions sent via WhatsApp on check in day and really clear, with quick responses to any queries. The room was really well appointed, comfy bed with nice new bathroom, everything spotlessly clean and we appreciated the little touches like coffee pods, a free soft drink and the bathroom amenities. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we were in Pisa. Location is great too, some really nice bars and restaurants within a short walk...
