「Beautiful property with excellent check in instructions. I did have to reach out to get the instructions and would be good if these could be sent out automatically. Room was beautiful and had character. Screened windows allowed us to reduce use of the ac. A few ledges in the bathroom were a little dusty or it would have been a full 5 stars」

「I really enjoy the stay as the room is comfortable and very clean. The air con condition is good. The staff is so nice and we are lucky that to meet the owner, he is a very friendly guy, he even made the coffee for us during the breakfast. Nice chat with him. The breakfast got lots of choice which is out of my expectation and you can really enjoy the food on the beautiful terrace under the lovely sunshine. The hotel is very close to Pisa Tower, just a few minus walk to the landmarks, though...

「I stayed at the hotel with my family for 2 nights. Their location was perfect, while it might be difficult to find the hotel (we took a taxi from the train station and thus we did not have any difficulty in finding them out). The room was clean and spacious, while the bathroom was a bit narrow. Breakfast was fine. We had to leave at 7am on the last day; they kindly prepared light breakfast boxes for us.」
