"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Dipinto. Excellent location, access to their parking garage (and staff parks and retrieves your car!). Our room was very clean, well appointed, and had an interesting upstairs loft-like attic space with a TV and sofa. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lobby area is very nice and breakfast was great. Lucca is a wonderful town to visit and I feel Palazzo Dipinto enhanced the experience. "

"The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet, and convenient to the town of Lucca. The staff was very personable and helped with any request or question we had. Bicycles were available for guests which my wife and I took advantage of riding the wall around the town. The breakfast choices were excellent and staffed with very friendly people."
