Stunning hotel and maintained to a spotless standard. Bit of a trek to the centre and parking not cheap but good services just outside (tram, bus) - just takes some working out. We probably didn't need to go for the suite considering the time of year (Sauna and jacuzzi not overly used after stomping streets in near 40deg heat!). Breakfast good and staff super friendly/informative.

I really hate having to write this review because there was so much we loved about the hotel. The morning staff was amazing, we were given a gorgeous room, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room simply was not working properly. When we arrived, the room was at 28°C (82°F). We initially assumed the AC just needed some time to cool the room down, but several hours later it was still at 27.8°C. When we returned from dinner around 11 PM, it was still 27.2°C (81°F). I spoke with the night front desk, but unfortunately found the response somewhat dismissive. I asked for a fan, which they did provide, and I appreciated that, but the room remained extremely hot and uncomfortable throughout the night. By the following morning, the temperature had only dropped to 25.5°C (78°F). I took timestamped photos of the thermostat throughout our stay, so the temperatures mentioned above are documented. It is genuinely a shame because otherwise we had a very positive impression of the hotel. The room was beautiful, the property is lovely and well located, and several members of the staff were wonderful. But being unable to properly cool a hotel room, especially during the summer, significantly affected our stay and made for a very uncomfortable night.

The room was amazing! Like an apartment with the most amazing view! The front desk didn’t have anyone show us around the room and our keys wouldn’t work! The bellman tried and was most helpful but he couldn’t get it to work either. Breakfast was delicious however confusing on how to order. No signs or information provided. I’d stay again for the room, view and location and hope they work to address the little things that can make them 5 stars as the property and bellman is worth 5 stars
