The location over looking Florence is beautiful. The room we had was extremely comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been appreciated but, room service was very prompt. The staff are very helpful and friendly, we were looked after extremely well - nothing is too much trouble. My husband is a coeliac and his dietary requirements were handled very well. The shuttle bus into Florence is a great service and we used this most days without any problems. The hotel and grounds are beautiful,t his is a wonderful place to stay.

Overall - a very convenient hotel with modern and comfortable design. there is a very convenient parking garage next door. A good base for business travel and the train station. But...although the room was decent and contemporary - it could use a good cleaning. The carpet was filthy.

This hotel was beautiful, reasonably priced and in a wonderful location. The decor and furnishings were classic yet contemporary and the staff was lovely. My deluxe double was huge.

Very convenient for Florence visitors.
Clean but basic.
We did not have an outside window - window opened onto a blank wall.
Bed was not comfortable.
Shower was cold when we got up a little later on our second day.
TV did not appear to work & there were no instructions for how to get it going.
