ホテルの批判をするのではないです。 予約される方の参考にしてください。 ロケーションは最高です。 スタッフの方もフレンドリーで大変良かったです。 ただ、防音に関しては難ありで廊下の音や上階の音がうるさかったです。 部屋に湯沸かしポットがありませんでした。 ４星ホテルで予約したのですが、設備は残念でした。

Very central hotel so very easy to get all of the main attractions of Pisa. Very comfortable rooms with everything you need. Breakfast was very nice and ample. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommended this hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff was amazing and helpful. It is 3 minutes from the tower of Pisa. The rooftop bar is amazing and the staff was fantastic. Would definitely return.

Close to the Train, short walk to the sea. Good resturants close by. Room was very clean and host was very helpfull. Theres an elevator so stairs are a non issue.

The property is very close to the attractions of Pisa. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is located on a main tourist street and can be noisy but ear plugs were provided within amenities.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, there were lifts and a very open feel in reception and restaurant is big. The rooftop space is very modern and fresh and while the hotel is clean, it’s a little dated, lots of dark wood. Brilliant location.

The rooftop bar is such an incredible view. I was able to invite friends to watch the sunset. The room was incredibly large with a great bathroom. Loved the relaxed breakfast - great choice of food and drinks The airconditioning was not working and so the room temperature was uncomfortably warm when the weather was sunny. The staff were helpful and moved me to a higher room so that I could have the windows open with less noise from the street.

The property is in a great location near the Duomo and leaning tower of Pisa. The terrace has a great view of the buildings and also has a very good restaurant. The rooms and hotel felt tired and since we went to the hotel in the first week of May, the air conditioning was not available. The room was warm even with the window open . The bed and pillows were just ok. Breakfast was very good. Large selection of food choices.

The room was comfortable and the view was incredible. The breakfast was the best hotel buffet breakfast I’ve ever had—there were so many choices and such lovely food. The staff were very helpful, greeting us when we arrived after midnight due to a late flight, and were helpful in arranging a taxi when we needed one.

The property has an exceptional view over the tower from the terrace. It is just 100 metres from piazza dei miracoli. Good breakfast. A paid shuttle can take you to the airport . Good service

Internet was mostly never available, coning and going. It's been the first hotel I came across where internet connectivity in room and also in other areas kept coming and going. Extremely frustrating - unreliable and internet connectivity mostly not available any time of the day simply not acceptable in this day and age.
