"We stayed here in November and had a wonderful experience. The location worked perfectly for my husband and I, close enough to the center to get everywhere easily, yet set in a quiet residential part of Florence where we could feel the local rhythm of the city. The couch in the living room converted into a bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all the utensils needed. Perfect apartment. We will stay here again next time we visit Florence."

"The staff was excellent and very quick and efficient in helping us arrange a taxi. The room upgrade was a special touch and greatly appreciated. The room itself was very clean, spacious, and quiet. The only small note I would mention is that the sleeping pillows felt a bit lightweight and could use a little improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect."
