"Staff is too young and untrained in hospitality to provide a solid experience, felt like student workers with little supervisors there to actually help them. Advertises with free laundry but you can only run one tiny machine at a time and one of them left my laundry smelling worse making me have to double-wash it. All of it gets run through their own app you have to create an account for, just to use a washing machine during your two-night stay. BAD USE OF HIGH TECH. Room was spacious and clean but bathroom shower floods the rest of the floor. Hallways smelled like meals microwaved by the study-abroad students. Interesting concept, solid rooms, poorly executed."

"Being that this was a last minute coordinated hotel relocation due to an unfortunate event for the hotel that we originally booked. I truly believe this happened for a reason. The hotel reception was great, especially for how late we checked in. The hotel itself has an old charm feel, small and quaint. The room was clean, however, the bathroom is small, similar to being on a cruise ship. The biggest setback for us was that there was no sliding glass door or door to the shower. The entire floor outside of the shower gets wet every time we took a shower. Other than that, everything else was pleasant. FYI, the rooftop bar charges premium prices. You’ll know what I mean if you go up there, but hey, it is what it is Yolo! But you do get good views of the city from up there."
