The staff were really helpful, allowing us to drop off bags early and printing off boarding passes for our flight the next day. Whilst the facilities are limited, no restaurant or bar, the surrounding area offers everything you'd need in this respect. The upstairs of the nearby Mercato Centrale offers brilliant choices and quality of food. Ideally located a short walk to the train station and the main sites of Florence, this hotel is a good jumping off point for a short stay.
