Great value and close to central Florence!

Just great! I needed to stay in Florence for 1 night. I arrived late on a flight from London and only needed a place for about 12 hrs. This place fit the bill exactly. Clean, inexpensive, and friendly staff. I have stayed here before and will, most likely, stay here again.

Quiet location but convenient to center.

Nice B&B. Well-kept, clean, convenient. Proprietors provided maps and also info on local buses. But also close enough to walk to main sites of Florence.

This is more like BnB. Old style Building. Many stairs to carry luggage. Then another lot of stairs to negotiate at night for the bathroom/ toilet. If you like a sleep in....forget it! Owner likes to play loud music early in morning. Abit of a walk to train station, took about an hour. I didn't enjoy staying here!

lovely Italian villa- clean and calm

comfortable, clean room. traditional decor. private bathroom was separate room, just round the corner- dressing gown was provided. bathroom was compact, but very clean. air conditioning in room was good as it was hot weather. about 30mins walk to duomo (at relaxed pace) but very easy to take the bus instead- stops at the train station too (handy when you have luggage). also stops at piazza San Marco. location is quiet residential street. convenient for San Miniato al Monte and Santa Croce. very helpful owner and very polite. breakfast was continental buffet- plenty of choice and no hanging about so good if you want to get out sight seeing. nice bright breakfast room with classical music. would stay here again!

SMN駅から20分程度、バスに乗る必要ありますが、ホテル周辺は閑静な住宅街であり、 夜は良く眠れました。ホテルオーナーの細やかな心配りに助かりました。 バスの乗り方、他の町の情報や電車の時間の調査もしてくれて、スムーズに観光できました。 パスポートを忘れたのですが、後日、次の町まで宅配会社を手配し、送っていただけました。 朝食に野菜が出してもらえます。野菜がレストランでは取れないので、非常に助かりました。 部屋も清潔で広く、バスタブがあるのでお湯に入れます。

There is a difference between being old and being historic. This place is just old! Breakfast was not good.. I coild have prepared it in half an hour. There is nothing "Magnifico" About the place, The bathroom in my room was upstairs,. It might have been private but it was 25 feet away from my room. The proprietess is Japanese. It seems to cater to Japanese travelers. Not that I care but it makes conversation very brief, if at all. The bed was very comfortable but there were no screens on the windows so if you opened the window to cool the room you were invaded by mosquitos. Most rooms in Florence are not air conditioned but it still could be addressed.The neighborhood itself was great. 20 minutes walk to the Duomo. Great conveniences here. Near the river, Oltrano and downtown.

Una notte a Firenze!

Abbiamo soggiornato la notte di capodanno presso questa struttura che si trova non molto distante dal centro, raggiungibile facilmente con l'autobus (la fermata è vicinissima al b&b) oppure a piedi in circa 20 minuti. La signora Miwa è stata molto disponibile e gentile, la camera era pulita. Colazione soddisfacente ma migliorabile. In conclusione è stato un soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo.

un bel week end a Firenze

il villino è collocato appena fuori dalla zona storica di maggior interesse (circa 20 minuti a piedi da piazza repubblica). Siamo stati alloggiati nella camera n.2. Tutto bene rispetto a quanto visto nel sito...unico problema il ronzio continuo del gruppo frigorifero per il raffrescamento dei locali e posizionato all'esterno del fabbricato. Ultimo appunto riguarda la qualità della colazione...tutti prodotti confezionati di bassa qualità. Per il resto abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e la disponibilità della signora factotum del villino.

Saubere Unterkunft mit freundlichem Service

Für eine Städtetour in Florenz haben wir eine Übernachtung mit 3 erwachsenen Peronen in der Villa Magnifico gebucht. Die Unterkunft bestand aus 2 Zimmern im Dachgeschoss, die Raumhöhe daher nur ca. 2m und nur mit Dachfenstern, aber alles sehr sauber und mit komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Bad etwas beengt, aber ebenfalls sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse ausreichend. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Gegen Extragebühr gibt es einen Parkplatz im Innenhof. Zum Zentrum von Florenz benötigt man 20 bis 30 min zu Fuß, es gibt aber auch in der Nähe einige schöne Restaurants.

Hyvä, että hotelli on kävelymatkan päässä turistilaumoista. Lähellä silti muutama ruokapaikka. Erittäin siisti huone ja kylppäri. Erillinen mutta privaatti kylppäri oli vähän hankalakäyttöinen mutta lomalla kestää senkin. Terveellinen aamiainen. Mukavan vähän huoneita. Jokainen kuljettaa itse avaimensa ja tulee ja menee mielensä mukaan. Bussi 14 läheltä vie päärautatieasemalle, lähelle Duomoa ja suoraan Akademiaan.

Find out what you are getting first. Bed was great. WiFi was excellent. Only one working electrical outlet. Bathroom was down the hall and up a half-flight of stairs. Bathroom was so small one has to squeeze under the sink to use the toilet. Shower was so small, a medium sized person could barely fit into it.

Für kulturaufenthalt in Florenz ideal gelegen,

Ich war eine Woche in Florenz, um Kunst, Architektur und gutes Essen zu genießen. Das Hotel ist 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, Parkgelegenheit im Hof! Sehr freundliche Betreuung, familiär und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Zimmer und Gemeinräume sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Bad in einem gesonderten Raum hat mich nicht gestört, es war für mich persönlich. Zum Abschied habe ich noch ein Lunchpäckchen für die Fahrt bekommen. Alles sehr nett!
