"We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again."

"Hotel is very very, the only reason I’m giving a four star. Is the air conditioner, don’t know if it was working properly, but I went to the lobby and ask the hotel customer rep about the air conditioner, she told me to make sure the windows were close and somebody had to be in the room for it to work. That did not work. I follow all the instructions. Nothing works. The ceiling look like they were working on it. Beside that everything was good."
