"This hotel is in a great location. Walkable to all places in florence and a stones throw away from the tram which takes you to the airport for like 1.70 euro! And its close to tbe main line station if you wish to take day trips. The area outside is a nice square with restaurants. You dont need to want for much here. Breakfast was nice on the rooftop area with nice view and good selection of food."

"Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. "This hotel is right near the train and a short walk to many of the sites. The check in was very easy and the room very clean. As with most hotels in Europe, the rooms are small but not too small. The lift however, is very small, two people who know each other are ok, but two couples would be an experience. The downstairs bar is "ok" by local standards and there are a lot of dining options on the piazza and near by. We had a great stay and would recommend this to everyone."
