Close to train station and in walking distance to the uffici and academia del arte. Very pleasant staff. Well run. Good value for the price. Bring ear plugs because in some rooms you can hear the tram go by.

It was a great location right next to the train station and the tram. Which was the main reason I stayed here. And easy walk to everything.The staff was really friendly. I love that they will hold your luggage until check in. Breakfast included was a plus and it wasn’t a bad breakfast. The rooms are outdated , I wish it had better light. You could hear the tram which was annoying when you wanted to sleep . But honestly it was a decent stay minus a few things.

Very nice hotel, the rooms were clean and roomy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with maps of the city, gave us tips on where to go for various things and arranged for a taxi for us when we left. They were also very accommodating with us Americans always asking for ice! Breakfast was great too! We enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitly stay there again.

The room were spacious and the location was convenient for tours and trains. However, being on the street next to the street cars and busy train station, the noise was irritable most of the time. Otherwise everything including breakfast was good.

Big and clean room. Changing towels and bed sheets everyday. We can hear the train passing by, but it's just ok. Overall it's a good place to stay. Breakfast is just ok. As well as the location very close to terminal.

This hotel is steps away from the train station and close to main attractions. The breakfast was excellent! They let us store our luggage after a check out so we could explore the city before our late train which was very helpful.
