Loved my room, loved the location, loved staff. The breakfast had many options and the proportions are generous without being obscene. There is a nice bar on the weekends, a small gym and a spa I didn't get take advantage of and a nice calm vibe to counteract the hysteria of Florence.

I was recently in Florence as part of a longer stay in Italy. This hotel was convenient to the train station. The staff went out of their way to provide a map with marked sites to see and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast at the property was such a great bonus. Wonderful location and amenities were great. I felt at lease upon checking in and the staff took care of everything even bringing up our bags to our room. One thing that we would’ve liked was accesss to an iron and an ironing board in our room, which we had to make a request for a few times.
