Room was the biggest in the hotel, but bigger isn’t always better. Felt a bit like it was a converted from a gymnasium. Not a comfortable decor.

Great property and great location. They have a good breakfast room at the rooftop.

Probably one of the best locations possible. Right across the street from the train station, just a 7 minute walk. Tons of restaurants and bars in the Square itself and walkable into the main Square where the cathedral and other major site attractions are(within 5min). Shopping is all around, people are nice and friendly, amenities were great, breakfast was included every day. I’d stay here again given the choice.

Our 3 night stay was absolutely incredible. Our room overlooked the Arno River and the Ponte Vecchio. Also conveniently located to walk to all of the beautiful sites and restaurants. Best part was that the taxi dropped us right at the front door so no schlepping bags through the city! I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Staff members were very professional and highly attentive. The central location is excellent. Rooms are updated but maintain a period look & feel. The lobby bar service and food quality are very good.
