This was such a lovely stay! The room with the view is very worth it! The room was very nicely renovated, a perfect size for 2 people, and the view was unbeatable. It was also a great location, very walkable and the staff was so nice!

Excellent location, beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms - excellent staff and the rooftop has stunning views. Highly recommended.

The staff at the Floren were incredible and frequently went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent one. I can't recommend them strongly enough.

This hotel is one of my favourite places to stay. The Hotel is ideally situated two minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station. The hotel is clean and the staff are good. My only downside - when I arrived the man on reception told me I had not paid for breakfast. As a result I only went down for breakfast on one day out of four. I went to pay my bill on checkout. I told the man I needed to pay for one breakfast and one bottle of spring water. The man told me I'd paid in advanced for breakfast each day. I was very disappointed at this as I'd only had one breakfast because I was told I hadn't paid in advance. I've stayed with C-Hotels on three occasions and this was the first time I had a bad experience. The other thing I would say is that I was served in the car by a young lady named Victoria. Victoria was courteous, helpful and very professional. She is a real credit to your company. I would visit again just to Buongiorno, mia bellissima amica. ❤️ Ti ho lasciato una bella recensione.
