"This was my second visit in less than a year with this one being an extended stay. The location is outside the main tourist area but close enough (walking) to amazing restaurants, pastry/coffee and grocery (CO-OP). Our room came with an espresso machine, fridge, microwave/toaster oven, cook-top and dishwasher. The pool/spa relaxing. The staff was superb. This will be my go to place to stay in the future in Florence"

"Beautiful property, really enjoyed the building and having a Murano glass chandelier ! Staff was lovely and attentive, my only reason for 4 stars is the AC was not working, in the second floor it got hot very quickly, it was cool enough that an open window would fix it but then so many mosquitos got it ! Either working AC unit (each room had one it just blew hot air) or a screen on the windows so I can open would have made the stay perfect . Great area felt very safe as a solo female "

"My single room was very small but ok. At a similar hotel last year I paid the same but the price included an excellent breakfast. I would consider Morandi next EXCEPT: When I discovered that I had left credit cards and cash in the room's safe, I sent them a message but received no reply. Truly astonishing and unexpectedly disappointing."
