We stayed for two days, there was no room service available. For the price we payed ,the room didn’t have water bottles , when asked they told us to get them ourselves. The rooms were okay. Location was good, close to center.

The hotel seems dark and dingy but is clean and the rooms are serviced daily. The front desk staff is friendly and excellent and was able to readily answer all of our questions. The breakfast provided at the hotel is excellent and filling - better than most I have had in Italy. The location is very convenient to public transportation around Florence as well as to and from the airport and central train station (the tram is one block away). There is a convenient supermarket and pharmacy at the corner with an extremely helpful, English speaking staff. (They immediately spoke to me in English when I attempted to converse in Italian.) There is a restaurant next door run by a guy from Naples that was top notch - good food and service.

Good hotel with a few issues

Excellent service and nice people. Good location. Room was small but comfortable. I hate shower curtains! Could be updated. Horrible internet service. Slow and unreliable.

Nice hotel but disappointing stay

Nice hotel further from the centre than we expected. Used taxis as it was too far for my disabled husband to walk. Made it really expensive. Tried their bus direction which were poor and confusing.Room was okay but very cold. Couldn’t sleep because there was only a sheet and one blanket on the bed. Receptionist came to look at hearing but didn’t do anything. Advertised as having a restaurant but they don’t.
