「一週間滞在しました．キッチンとランドリーがあることが決め手で選びましたが、排水管のトラブルとのことで、滞在中一度もランドリーが使えませんでした．しかも、工事の道具などが部屋の中に置きっぱなしでした．部屋は広くて快適でした． We stayed this room for a week. We couldn’t use a laundry because of a drain trouble. We choose this room because it had a kitchen and a laundry though. That was very inconvenient. 」

「Wonderful hosts and apartment. Our hosts were so helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond. They communicated with us before, during, and after our stay, explained the area to us, recommended restaurants, and kindly checked for something we thought we left behind afterwards. (We found it when we landed!) The apartment is well furnished with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect size for our family of 4. Restaurants were just around the corner, and we were able to walk to all the sights in...

Only suggestion I would have was to have a TV that had Netflix and / or Amazon Prime built in so foreign guests can login and get shows in their native language. Overall great flat!! 」

「Das Apartment liegt günstig, sowohl vom Fernbahnhof Firenze SMN als auch zum Centro Storico. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und es ist alles vorhanden, was nötig ist. 」

「The apartment and location were fabulous. The host, Marie, was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Check-in/out was super easy. There is a binder in the apartment with great suggestions for the local area. The showers were nice and hot!」

「The apartment has all you need for a great stay and is very centrally located to see all the sites. It is very clean and spacious. The lift is very helpful to carry you luggage in and out also. There are great restaurants and cafes within a couple of minutes which is a great bonus!」
