「We loved this apartment. Centrally located and easy to get anywhere in the city. The apartment was clean and newly updated with an excellent view of the Duomo Dome. The is a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor, another bedroomOn the second floor, then the living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the 3rd floor. Steps in the apartment were manageable and safe. We would stay here again when staying in Florence. 」

「一週間滞在しました．キッチンとランドリーがあることが決め手で選びましたが、排水管のトラブルとのことで、滞在中一度もランドリーが使えませんでした．しかも、工事の道具などが部屋の中に置きっぱなしでした．部屋は広くて快適でした． We stayed this room for a week. We couldn’t use a laundry because of a drain trouble. We choose this room because it had a kitchen and a laundry though. That was very inconvenient. 」

「Can’t say enough good things about this rental. Easily one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The location can’t be beat, it is located a half block from the famous Gilli’s. It’s very modern and tastefully furnished. The 3 bathrooms are very convenient when traveling with a large group. Only negative I can think of is the smell on the first floor of the building. At times it’s overwhelming but once inside you no longer smell it」

「The apartment is beautifully located between the Piazza Signoria and Santa Croce, within easy walking distance of the usual sites. (Like all sensible older people, we took a cab up to San Miniato and walked back down and another to a nice restaurant. Otherwise, we walked.) The elevator is small but useful for bags and groceries. The light in the morning is lovely. The kitchen has what one needs to cook simple meals (and there's a Conad store for tourist basics very close by), and we did cook...

「It was a nice home in a good neighborhood with most of the restaurants and activities within walking distance. Bernardo was great with his instructions and help and was always responsive where needed. For a group of 9 it was a perfect apartment with good amenities. The days we were there the temps were quite hot and humid, perhaps a couple of more fans would have been handy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thanks to Bernardo.」

「Sonia, our host, was simply incredible. Our plane was delayed for hours yet she met us at midnight to welcome us personally. The apartment is charming - impeccably clean. Two rooms, two baths, and a nice sitting area (plus a washer!). Located a nice walk from the city center, it was so fun! Sonia called us a taxi so we didn’t have to worry about that task - it makes all the difference when traveling to encounter such wonderful people as Sonia. 」
