"My only complaint was there were no power sockets at both bedside cabinets which is very unusual as needed for charging phones, cameras etc, had to unplug tv on sideboard opposite bed to use socket and also buy a travel adapter as there was no usb port, there was one thankfully in bathroom for styling tong, bedroom was very dated."

"Our room was decorated in a heaven theme and the decoration was excellent. Our favorite part was the suana on site and that everything in the fridge was included at no extra cost. Plus they gave us each one bottle of water per day. The room also had a stuffed plush rat which was a cute touched. We names our room rat remi. The staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed."

"A perfect hotel in a perfect location for the perfect holiday. The Teatro Luxury apartment was just that - oozing luxury from the beautiful decoration, paintings,wonderful furniture, unique crockery, and even the immaculately made bed. There were small, beautiful touches like the Bedroom TV embedded electronically in its own stand with a remote to recall it, the faux fireplace, the coffee machine with a full complement of teas and beverages. The hotel staff was wonderful as well. When my wife and I arrived, we were first given a room without a balcony, and when we complained, we were provided another room without a fuss and a pleasant smile. A truly enjoyable experience at one of the best hotel apartments I have ever stayed in. Though the spa and the rooftop terrace were under renovation during our stay, it wasn't enough to spoil the magic. A five-star experience!"

"The rome was immaculate! Excellent customer service. Every body were very warm and accommodating. Location is safe and walkable. Good breakfast options. No complains here! Was very happy with our stay, free water and snacks that were replenished everyday."

"The hotel is located right next to a tram so it’s very easy to get there from the train station. It is about a 15 minute walk away from the Duomo and even further for the river and museums so that’s something to consider. I think this is one of the few hotels that has an elevator in it which is a huge plus when traveling with multiple bags. The views from the gym are absolutely gorgeous! There’s a laundry and kitchen in the basement and the lobby has one of those cute, retro photo booths that you can use. It even has swings in the entrance. The only complaint I had was they don’t allow irons in the room, you have to go all the way down to the basement to use the communal irons and ironing boards they have set up in the laundry. Otherwise, for the price and location? I’d recommend it. "

"The rooms were clean and adequately stacked. The breakfast was lovely. Lot of choices and fresh coffees made to order. Lovely staff and the servers were pleasant. "

"Rooms on the lower floors near the piazza can be very loud. Street noise kept us awake. Somehow cigarette smoke was noticeable in the rooms. The smoke seemed to come thru the heating/cooling ducts. However the location is very good. Close to the train station and local attractions. "
