「This room was so much bigger than other European hotels. The staff was incredibly kind, the rooms are well maintained and the showers are big and beautiful. The room has cute treats and waters available as well. We really loved this place and it us very conveniently located 」
「We had the most wonderful stay here. There are a good chunk of stairs to get there but you walk out the font door onto shopping, restaurants, minutes to the Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio. (They do help with suitcases). The breakfasts were amazing. The bonus is Antonio who is incredibly helpful, funny, and kind. 」

over all stay was nice, but here's some cons..
The room was far from the lift and I had to use the stairs to access my room. the fridge was full smell of molds and so were free bottles of water, so didn't use it at all. Before I used AC, felt like the room air was not so fresh neither. if it was 3 star hotel, I could understand the condition... staff was nice and helpful, thank you!"
