Great location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room unfortunately didn’t have a window which felt a little strange, and the walk up several flights of stairs was a good workout. However, you step right out to a great local area for shopping and the staff was very attentive to anything we needed.

Great place, very well situated. Be aware that you have to carry your luggage up four flights of stairs.

A very cute place to stay in Florence! I will say the A/C was a bit weak, but it was a lovely place to stay nonetheless! Thank you!

A lovely room full of character - exposed arches, high ceilings etc Location of hotel is ideal - right in the heart of the city. Get your muscles ready to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs though! Breakfast was just enough - choices included omelette, yoghurt, granola, croissant, fruit, tea/coffee Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

The location of this hotel was fantastic as it is close to the square, restaurants and all Florence has to offer. The team was accommodating and the room had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing that wasn’t as clear was initially finding the property, however, the staff was helpful and everything was great once we figured that out.

Perfect stay in Florence! We absolutely loved Casa Thiele. The location is unbeatable, we explored Florence entirely on foot. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, check-in was easy, and our room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and perfectly comfortable. We loved arriving to the AC already on! Breakfast was simple and delicious. The stairs were completely manageable and didn’t take away from the experience at all. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The room was great, clean and fairly spacious. The bathroom was nice and big. The stairs up to the room were narrow and steep which was a little difficult if you had heavy or lots of luggage, and no elevator. We had tours almost everyday, so only got to have breakfast there once in 5 days, but it was good. The communication from the owner was prompt. The location of the room was amazing, right in the heart of Florence and easily walkable to everywhere. It was quiet as well, for being in a busy part of the city. Shopping and restaurants right out the door. Overall I would recommend this property for location and cleanliness, but not at all for people with any type of mobility issues.

What a lovely little place. It wasn’t the easiest to find, just a green door between shops, but what a location! Right next to the Piazza Vecchia, and just a 15min walk from the train station. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was to order when you first arrived, and ready at the time you request. The room was really spacious, and had a great character. Honestly, this place is a gem of a find. 100% recommend.

Fanatstic bed and breakfast right in Florence’s city center! If you are looking for an intimate stay, I would highly recommend. If you are adverse to stairs or are older, a caution that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to your room. They are wide stairs and the staff is extremely helpful and helped us carry up our bags when we checked in.

The location was very convenient, we were able to come back to it many times during the day to use the restroom, change, or grab something we needed. It was clean, breakfast was good, room was spacious. The onlyyyyy con is that there are 57 steps you have to climb every time you go to the room :( no elevator.

Daniel was fantastic he contacted us before we were due to arrive to see what time we were arriving and said if the room was available we could go straight in and it was just after 1200 fantastic. Really good location for everything the only slight negative due to our age more than anything and nothing that could be done as this is an old building the stairs 4 floors was difficult with luggage. However a brilliant place to stay in Florence
