「Villa is large and broken into several apartments. 3 with 1 bedroom, 1 with 2 bedrooms and 1 with 3 bedrooms. Main floor has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was a good layout for us since we had 15 people stay there. However, pool was not usuable until the last day due to "algae problem" and the main kitchen dishwasher wasnt functioning at all. Stairs to 2 apartments were very dark and difficult to navigate at night. Also 1 bathroom downstairs only provided cold water in the shower. Very rustic...

Staff making breakfast and daily cleaning was excellent4. Villa chef making dinners (xtra cost but reasonable) was wonderful easy way to have dinner with food that was good.5. 「From arrival to departure (Sept 10-20, 2025) our stay at Villa Poggio was WONDERFUL! It's a very large villa that easily accommodated our adult group of 12. There were such spectacular views from every room and all around the grounds. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable as were the bathrooms. 「We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful home with every comfort and convenience we needed. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Everything worked including nice cool air conditioning which is a must for us. The bathroom had plenty of space for my husband and I to share. We loved the cooking class with the talented chef and he even left us with a few things we could make ourselves so we enjoyed a romantic evening cooking dinner together.
