He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. 「The villa is in a breathtaking setting where we watched beautiful sunsets from the olive grove & saw stars at night but was a short drive into Florence. The pool was lovely after a hot day in the city. We were conveniently near vineyards for wine tasting. The villa was perfect for our family of adult children & us.
