We had a good stay at Hotel Galileo and it worked really well for a short visit to Florence. The hotel feels smaller and more personal, which we actually liked. The location is convenient and close to a busier part of the city, so there was some street noise, but that was to be expected. The room had everything we needed, the hotel was comfortable, and overall it was a solid place to stay for a few nights. If you’re looking for something simple, well-located, and practical for exploring Florence, this is a good option.

As a family of 3, we stayed in a quadruple room. The room was spacious, free from traffic noise and clean. The staff were very friendly and very helpful when we needed to borrow an iron or help store our bags before our departure. The location was excellent. Close to all the famous landmarks as well as the train station.

A no frills stay 10 minute to the train station. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. For us, it was perfect for an overnight before catching a train. It’s a very basic room with no frills if you are okay with that.

The hotel was very clean, well maintained and had good air conditioning . Our room was cleaned every day, the bed was made, and fresh towels were provided daily without us ever having to ask. The housekeeping service was excellent and made our stay very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again.

We were travelling across Europe for 2 weeks and this was our fav hotel. From the time we got there, Frederica was warm and helpful. She offered to keep our bags, recommended local attractions and anytime we had a question, she answered with a big smile and care. The hotel itself is located really well. The rooms are a good size and the washrooms are so clean and have actual room (not always the case for hotels that are right in the heart of the city) Its within 5-15 min walk of all major attractions and so we could easily drop bags of shopping back and even come back to take a nap in the afternoon. Its quaint, clean and a real bang for your buck. High recommend and I will be back :)

Room was clean & tidy. Air con worked well. No parking that I know of. Could have done with a chest of drawers. Also would have been nice if they supplied tea and coffee in room. For free. Like majority of hotels in UK even the cheap ones. Staff were pleasant Even though on a busy road it did not affect the noise in room to much and I faced it. The room was very expencive for what you get. I know in a prime location. Tram to airport just down the road. Other sites to see near by.
