「The Hospitality of this Hotel is next level. The staff was friendly and helpful beyond measure. They provided full service to our rooms, thought of everything we needed before we even had to ask. If there was anything we ever needed they had plenty of recommendations for us. Would definitely recommend staying here, very close very close to the Duomo. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous as well, staying in place of history. 」
「Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. 」

「The property was centrally located so that every place I needed to get to was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. I had to check-in after 7 pm and Daniel provided easy and clear instructions to check myself in. I also had to check-out really early, and Daniel again was very helpful in setting up a 4 am taxi pickup on a Sunday morning. Staying at this place made me feel like I was renting out a nice little apartment in the center of Florence! Would definitely stay here again,...

over all stay was nice, but here's some cons..
The room was far from the lift and I had to use the stairs to access my room. the fridge was full smell of molds and so were free bottles of water, so didn't use it at all. Before I used AC, felt like the room air was not so fresh neither. if it was 3 star hotel, I could understand the condition... staff was nice and helpful, thank you!"
