Room was pleasant but lacked any windows. There was a door that opened to a courtyard for maintenance and power boxes shared with other guests on that floor. Hotel appeared to be recently remodeled and “modern”. Breakfast wasn’t worth it. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Room spacoous, lights not very convinient

Totally lived up to expectations, very handy for walks into the centre, beautiful view from room (Junior Suite). I shall definitely stay there again

Great place to stay, not a bad walk from downtown with a bottle of limoncello

Excellent, elegant, small boutique hotel in the middle of all the important places to go in Florence, I say it with the knowledge of someone who has lived there twice. Tthe service is exceptional, welcoming, kind, friendly and in disposition to help. I had the luck to spend Holloween night in their bar and they went out of their way to decorate it. I plan to go back if I return to that beautiful city, I thank all the staff for making my stay so pleasurable!
