Very nice hotel, both centrally located and quiet. It has a wonderful rooftop terrace. The breakfast was delicious. (I can’t comment on the dinner as we didn’t eat at the hotel.) Definitely recommend!

The restaurant is on the fifth floor it was beautiful. You can see the whole city. The breakfast options are fantastic. Diners were some of the best food we had in Florence. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is a great place and we will use it again.

We had a fantastic short break at the Kraft Hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service was fantastic, is celiac friendly. Robert was very helpful with information on gluten free options. Will definitely return here again MikeH

Lovely and friendly staff. Clean room , bathroom, it was very nice we were given bathrobes and slippers. Noticed, at times, unpleasant smell from the bathroom area. Shower would benefit from straight surface to hold soap/ body wash as it is slanted so all slides down. Really lovely roof top with plenty of sunshine and amazing views. WiFi only reach half of rhe pool area ( important to foreigners) .

Great location for easy access into the city without being dead-centre. Lovely staff who offered to send a piece of clothing I'd left behind and offered suggestions on our trip. Good pool on top as well which is heated and offered great views
