"Best place we've stayed at during our Europe trip. It was nice to finally get a room with proper working AC (2 mini splits in the room to be exact). Restroom and shower were a good size as well. Location was great. The host was also very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. It was a breath of fresh air during our trip since all the other places were always hot and very tiny. Room was also very clean."

"Great property, 5 minute walk from the train station which was extremely convenient. Located in a historic older building, I believe 160 years old. All the staff that we interacted with were extremely kind and helpful. Also extremely walkable to all the major sites and experiences that you want to see while in Florence."

"This hotel was great! It is in a perfect location, not too far from attractions as well as very close to a bus stop. It was well maintained, clean, and quiet at night. There are several flights of stairs to get to the hotel which is on the third floor of an apartment building so it is tricky to carry luggage up if you have large luggage. Overall, we would recommend this hotel!"
