I fell in LOVE with this hotel. It was such a surprising find, and felt like a new style of hospitality. Beautiful decor, thoughtful details in the room that make it so comfortable for you as a traveller, and one of the most beautiful, laid-back hotel lobby bars. I was a big fan of the "honesty bar," and the great in-room amenities and brand of shampoo and body wash. The location is perfect - I'll go back again and always pick this place.

Superb stay in Florence

Reception and manager was so friendly and helpful. She got us a taxi, recommended restaurants and was so accommodating. Rooms were big and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay here again !

Fantastic, clean and comfortable!!

This relatively new hotel was ideally located close to the Duomo and on a less busy street. Rooms were super clean and nice and the service was excellent! Breakfast was wonderful and beds nice too. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

I cannot fully put into words how amazing this property is. Their staff are some of the kindest people we’ve ever met and the hotel is gorgeous. This is a must stay if you’re in Florence

This is a very pleasant boutique hotel. The room is small bu t comfortable. But, be aware that the staff is only on property from 8 AM to 4 PM, The breakfast is simple but sufficient.

This boutique hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the service was very friendly. The breakfast spread was really great, and we loved spending time looking through photography books in the lounge, sipping a cocktail from the honesty bar. The room was efficient, not so spacious but very well thought out, and the bathroom was beautiful with full amenities. We will absolutely try to stay here again when we return to Florence.

A beautiful special hotel

I booked this last minute just for one night. It was such a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was amazing. There was a beautiful lounge to sit in and have coffee or a drink. I cannot recommend this place highly enough it was a beautiful calm oasis in the hostel and bustle of Florence. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back

Casa G is beautiful, friendly, cozy, safe and welcoming. Linda and staff treated us like family. The breakfast is quality with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. The common area was a beautiful place to relax, socialize if desired, and have snacks along with cocktails/wine. It is located in an area convenient to dining, shopping, site seeing, and the charm of Florence. We will absolutely stay at Casa G again.

Our stay at Casa G was so pleasant, the staff are amazing, Linda is a great representative, kind and very helpful to assist us to find the best day tour to Siena, San Giminiano. The breakfast staff at the kitchen and dining room are very sweet, making a good coffee. The room is very clean. Casa G is close to Duomo less than 5 minutes walk. I highly recommend Casa G, a place to stay when visiting Florence.

The location was perfect for our two day/two night visit to Florence. We were able to see and experience everything we wanted with ease, and our strolls home after dinner by the Duomo were incredible in the evening. Incredibly seamless check in and check out process, with no worries of every needing to carry keys. Every small detail was thought out here, from the rooms to the quiet common area with a fully stocked bar for a nice pre or post dinner drink. The size of the room was awesome, and the breakfast provided was perfect to kickstart the day before heading out to explore. Would absolutely stay here again.

The breakfast was delicious with house made baked items and a lovely staff and the room was spacious with well organized storage. There is a beautiful lounge living room with an honesty bar. It’s a great place to have a drink before going out to dinner. The hotel has few amenities but just enough in a city like Florence where there is so much to do. The front desk is staffed from 8-8 and are helpful.
