"Amazing hotel and amazing staff. We had the standard loft with a hot tub inside our bedroom! Loved it. Even though the reception is only open 9am-5pm, the hotel staff were very good at communicating with us through WhatsApp even when outside of these hours. The hotel feels very private. "This was a nice place to stay in Florence. Very walkable to all iconic attractions. Clean room. Staff was very helpful and nice. We wished the AC was working. Apparently they do not start using air conditioning until May. We did get too warm in our room. Other than that it was a very nice stay. Would recommend. "
