Lovely boutique hotel, excellent service, the personnel extremely friendly and accommodating, very convenient location at walking distance to the main attractions and easily accessible with the car as the hotel is located immediately outside the ZTL area. This hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from all the main key attractions. We stayed in a classic room and found it more than suitable, it was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were very attentive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Paolo at the front desk was such a gracious host from the day we checked-in. He was super helpful and attentive to any of our requests, and we were traveling in a large family of 8, with one family member in a wheelchair. His recommendations were always on-point and very enjoyable. The hotel location is also perfect for walking the streets, shopping, dining options, and a great view of the river. And the rooms with balconies were perfect. We would definitely stay there again.
