「The hotel is at a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice and with cold fresh water. The rooms are fine, beds are comfy. Whatever you don’t see in the room you can call and try requesting it. It is a little old but it’s Morocco. So I wouldn’t mind that so much. It’s clean, no smell, toilet and showers work well.」

「Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm. It always smells very nice inside the Riad also. The room was beautiful and exactly like the picture. And the people who work here are the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. If we come back to Marrakech in the future, we hope to see our friends from the Riad Livia once...

「The staff was extremely helpful with everything and the Riad was great!」

「The hotel is located close to Marrakesh train station which is very convenient. Excellent service from beginning to the end. Full breakfast provided with a lot of vegetables and fruits. Waiting for a room we used rooftop restaurant and swimming pool service. During the breakfast customer service representative asked if we need anything. Great hospitality and service, clean spacious rooms with quiet AC. Strongly recommended」

「Clean room, beautiful shower, great breakfast」

「Front staff’s attitude when we check in was very arrogant and no hospitality at all. 」

「Beautiful Riad. Near the Medina. Great service. Amazing room. Very clean. The restaurant on site was excellent too! I recommend.」
