「Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day 」
「We had a lovely friendly greeting on arrival and were made very comfortable and everything was clearly explained to us. It was a nice room and with a comfortable bed, a quiet road and nice location. Good value for money.」
「Really nice hotel, check in was quick and efficient. They allowed me to check in early without any fuss. Lobby itself has a coffee shop and a bar which is nice. The regular rooms are of a good size, beds are comfy. TV allows you to connect your phone to it, which is great as many hotels restrict this. Plenty of teas and coffees in the room. The only real downside I found during my stay was the shower head didn’t want to stay central and would’ve liked a little more heat from the shower....
「First thing that struck me being from Birmingham is that this pub is not in Moseley at all but rather in Digbeth - bit of a difference as Moseley is (in part) a wonderful quaint little British village full of charm and character; whereas Digbeth is an industrial centre devoid of any natural beauty whatsoever.
So that needs to be said I feel.
As for the place itself it was fine
Staff are very helpful and always on hand, could not ask more of them they simply couldn't be more...
「I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent close to everything I needed, with great restaurants and transit nearby. The only thing to note is that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm, especially during hotter days. However, fans were provided, and with the windows open, it was still manageable.」
