"The location was perfect with a mall right across the street. The hotel itself and staff were great!"

"Beeping smoke alarm which we had to sort out ourselves, kitchen door off hinges, toilet seat not fixed properly , bathroom door handle missing I do not expect to have to go searching for the electrical fuse box to turn the smoke alarms on. Location was great for our family party in Digbeth, shower was brilliant, place was clean and was quite decent apart from the issues listed above "
