"Staff at front was not well informed on anything. If asked about the atm not working or any nearby, they didn't know anything. I was supposed to receive a text letting me know my room was ready and never received one. No language barrier as I do speak Spanish. The young lady with pink hair and the young lady with red hair were not very hospitable. They seemed to have an attitude my entire stay. I also was never offered my 2 bottles of complimentary water during any of my stay."

"The only thing I can mention, is that the balcony which I chose since I was traveling alone are only available on the very first floor, where people can pass by going to different directions lof the hotel pool restaurants so at times I had to close all the curtains because of desired privacy. Perhaps to emphasize that the balcony and the Water view as mentioned in your advertisement is the water of the pool of the hotel and they all face small tables and the eyes"

"Hotel is in a convenient location near the San Juan convention center and about 15 minutes from the airport by car. The resort fee is "rebated" to you through sodas, fruit drinks, and snacks available in the lobby. The room was an older layout that was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The air conditioning worked well at keeping the humidity in the room low even in the tropical environment outside."

"We stayed at this hotel from August 7th to August 10th and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the bar, where the drinks were very good and it was a great place to relax. We did experience some water issues, but we understand this was due to island-wide restrictions and not the hotel’s fault. The staff were very accommodating and ensured we had water whenever needed, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The excellent service, warm atmosphere, and attentive staff made a real difference, and we would happily return."
