「Our second time staying here. It was great just like the last time. Very clean great location only thing different. This time is the pond was dried up. Other than that it’s a great place. We will be staying again. Julian was a pretty cool little town on Halloween night」

「Nicely decoarated cottage with good basic amenities. A place like OB doesn't need air conditioning, but it was nice the cottage had a stand up fan so that it didn't get too stuffy. Great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach.」

「À gorgeous location to enjoy Mission Bay sunrise or 2 minutes to the ocean for sunsets. The view from the main living area and the deck include sail boats, kayaks, rowers, SUPS, water skiing, fishermen, catamarans, pelicans, gulls and great people watching. The hosts had very clear instructions delivered in a timely fashion to make our stay stress free. Hoping to return another time soon. 」

「Nice, basic apartment, consistent with listing, in quiet safe neighborhood and walking distance to bay. Clean rooms with ample linens. Comfortable beds. Large living room and well stocked kitchen. Parking on-site for 2 vehicles.This is a 2nd floor apartment that requires walking up a flight of stairs.Slatted shades on bedroom windows but rooms get bright early for those sensitive to light. Standing A/C units in each room that work well but are loud when running.」

「First rate experience. Garage parking was necessary as street parking was non-existent. Property was outstanding and nearly right on the beach. Amenities (beach chairs, towels, etc) were excellent and came in handy. Rooms and closets were spacious. Kitchen was nice and had all the utensils and pots and pans necessary for my wife and I. Super great location, beautiful and quiet. Enjoyed evenings sitting on the common patio. Check in and out was very easy and stress-free. Great access...
