The bar was constantly packed, which made ordering and waiting forever for drinks - hotel needs more servers so we’re better accommodated. The pool restroom also needs much more attention and regular cleaning. It was in very poor condition every time I used it during my stay. Lastly, I was disappointed that my request for a late checkout could not be accommodated. Considering the amount of money I spent at the hotel during my stay, I expected a little more flexibility and better overall service."
