After an hour late check-in, there was no key and the cleaners had to let us in.The place isn't as advertised, with bed arrangements not matching the description and significantly outdated photos. It's incredibly rundown and worn, and the only saving grace is the location.Avoid, especially for the cost."

"Nicely remodeled apartment. Everything was clean. Numerous accessories such extra charging cables, adjustable desk, and wine cooler are available. Easy access to the restaurants of Little Italy and the trolley. Area is safe. Only one drawback was that there is no AC in the bedroom, so you have to leave the door open for the AC in the living room to get to the bedroom. Otherwise everything else is perfect. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Location was perfect for our plans to visit Little Italy and The Embarcadero. Trolley one block away. Very clean property. Condo style lodging. 2 units are separate. Only one has the kitchenette. Parking not included but very close public parking. "
