「Perfect spot to stay and enjoy Oceanside. The corner market and garage parking were unanticipated necessities. Highly recommend! Loved the balcony seating with partial ocean views.」

「We came to LaJolla to visit with family (including our toddler grandson). The location was perfect, the weather was nice, the shops and restaurants were enjoyable, and our accommodations were perfect for the 2 of us - just as expected, clean, and bright. We especially enjoyed watching a hummingbird from the front porch. Communications with the owner were seamless and easy. Very nice welcome book - easy to find what we needed and complete. I look forward to staying there again!」

「I was looking for a clean, reliable property near the water. This fits the bill. Two bedrooms, secured garage parking, a reasonably supplied kitchen, and the sound of the ocean audible at night. It's an easy walk to the pier and downtown, which we did several times. There's a good coffee shop at Tremont and Minnesota with lots of outdoor seating. The only issue was that the wifi was a little spotty. Not a problem for streaming video, because of the built-in buffering, but more of a problem if...

「My husband and I enjoyed this property. I would suggest that you have some condiments in the kitchen. One of the reasons we chose to stay here was to have use of a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal, unfortunately, there were no basics, ie: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, etc. just a suggestion.」

「Access to property was off alley which was not indicated in initial listing, Much traffic on alleys. Much business noise on alley including a bar. Every word from neighbors in adjoining building could be heard inside this unit. Plumbing from both buildings continually heard from both. Thus, while decorated nicely, and sparkling clean- there is much to be cautious about. Lastly, after I had reserved and paid, I was told by owner she forgot to tell me she charges $80 per cleaning for long term...

「Great ocean view for price」

「少し古いホテルで駐車場が狭いですが、ベッドルームとは別にリビング、キッチンがあり、すごく雰囲気の良いホテルです。スタッフの心配りも細やかで、安心して宿泊出来ました。部屋のパティオからの夕日も綺麗だし、ちょうどサンセットマーケットの日に当たり、賑やかな町も見る事が出来ました。」

「シャワーの水圧が弱いくらいで、あとは、悪いところは、特に感じませんでした。 ビーチや、レストランなども、近くにあり、環境は、凄く良かったです。 同じ場所に行くなら、また泊まりたいと思いました。」
