「We had an excellent stay at this location! The neighborhood was close to all of our activities. Our time spent in the actual room was nice and quiet. The kitchenette and cable TV were very nice to have for winding down after spending time throughout the city. Tracy was a great host. Would definitely book again.」

「Came for a wedding. Choose this location so I could bring my dog. Didn't bring the dog but enjoyed the 3 nights we were there. Everything was easy to understand and very clean. The other reviews were accurate about it being above some local businesses. This was fine with us, but could be more noise than some may like. 」

「The apartment was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had all the amenities you needed for a stay (coffee pot, hair dryer, beach chairs etc.) There are many good dining options close by, also a market nearby & the beach an easy walk. The alley parking spot out back was handy. We really enjoyed our stay! 」

「This Encinitas property was a great find. Everything was as described and it was a wonderful accommodation as respite from our remodel at home. Our host let us know he was very available as needed. What a great walkable neighborhood to the beach, coffee, restaurants etc. We are definitely planning a return!」

「Fantastic hosts on site. Had a quick question and they were put in minutes. And that was at night when we first arrived, with the AC running-Very Thankful Arizonans and extremely grateful dogs. Casita was cute, beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. It reminded us of our first place and was perfectly nostalgic for our anniversary. It even had shampoo and conditioner. Everything was walkable. There is a diner around the corner as are so many places to eat and hang. Please try...

「The location makes this place worth it, no question. It's just up the hill from Windansea Beach, so you can dart down to stroll, scramble over the rocks, set out your towel or watch pelicans. It is small (*really* small on rainy days!) and the kitchen fixings are very basic. The neighborhood has largely kept its charm, but there is lots of new construction (which, alas, could be loud.) Really glad we chose this overall.」
