The staff is friendly and kind. The grounds are beautifully kept. I often travel alone and I feel safe here. Thank you for taking such loving care of your property!」

「Staff was absolutely amazing. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, quite large. Basic amenities in room included refrigerator! Plenty of free parking. Restaurants abound in area. 」

「I stayed in this hotel to attend a business meeting. I think the hotel is not suitable for the meeting. But, it would be very nice for vacation. The hotel consists of several buildings, and is slightly complicated. The map is indispensable.」

「Had a great stay at Sycuan Resort. The front desk really set the tone by upgrading me to the highest floor, which made the experience even better. They also surprised me with a happy birthday pin, which was a thoughtful and personal touch that didn’t go unnoticed. The property is beautiful, the service was friendly, and everything felt well taken care of. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely come back.」

「Basically, I’m quite satisfied with the hotel. I made a slightly excessive request, but they were willing to accommodate it, which I greatly appreciated. The room was clean and well organized overall. One thing to note is that there doesn’t seem to be a free shuttle to the airport, even though it’s listed as part of the hotel’s services.」
