"My family and I stayed for 3 nights. We got there and got assigned a room with 1 bed no refrigerator which I originally requested and paid for. I called front office and Lauren moved us to another room without a refrigerator and not accommodating for my elderly mother which I requested when I booked room. She said they would bring refrigerator over and never did. The room was clean but couldn’t sleep because there was a lot of activity outside and the smell of marijuana was very strong inside and outside when you walked out the room. Wasn’t a great stay and I will not be staying here again. Bad customer service and rooms need repair. "

"In movies this is the room where the heroin addict prostitute brings their tricks. I had traveled all day to nearly midnight and was exhausted and feeling ill, felt unsafe to drive further. The room smelled of smoke. The floors were filthy. The sheets were stained, possibly not even cleaned. The towels were a dingy grey with unidentifiable stains, again, possibly not even clean. The toilet definitely had not been cleaned, inside or out. I ended up wrapping myself in the bedcover and slept in my clothes for the couple of hours needed to get myself safe to drive again. Out of curiosity, I stripped the sheets off the bed before I left, and there were blood stains on the mattress. This establishment should not be in business, let alone on the Expedia site."

"Breakfast was a bag. The parking lot had new and old mattress all over the place. spa was not working. Just a hot mess."

"This place was awesome! Everything was new and fresh and felt like home. The host was very welcoming and on call for anything needed. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the San Diego area!"

"Unfortunately, my parents had a very disappointing experience during their stay. They booked the RV for 8 days, but the very first night they couldn’t even sleep. Both of their backs were in severe pain because the mattress felt extremely hard and uncomfortable like sleeping on a box.To make matters worse, they started their first morning with cold showers because the hot water had never been turned on. For a rental that’s supposed to be ready for guests, this was unacceptable.Due to these issues, I contacted the host and requested that my parents be released from their stay early. The host agreed, but still kept two days of payment “per policy.” Considering the uncomfortable conditions and lack of basic preparation, this was very disappointing.Overall, the customer service and experience fell far below expectations. I would not recommend."

"The house was beautiful! It was in a great spot and had so much to do! We played basketball, pickleball, pool, darts, and got to swim! It was also very close to Sycuan which was nice. The host communicated super well and made it an easy stay. "
