「Everything was great」

「Upon arrival, there was no one at concierge to give me the key package. Phone their emergency number and no one called back. Phoned their office, spoke with someone who said they would get right back to me and nothing. Had to book another hotel for the night and now will have to deal with Expedia to hopefully get a refund. 」

It was the perfect location for us, and the stay was seamless.」
