「The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus.」

「My family of four, which included two alomst not teenagers anymore, really enjoyed our stay. We were out most of the time but when we did have down time it was quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood was friendly with people walking their dogs and families headed to school in the morning. It is very close to downtown and easy to get in and out of.」

「Our stay at Susan & Ted’s was wonderful. They were so accommodating and communicative, and the house had everything we needed. So many nice touches like being able to check in early with our two small kids, snacks set out on arrival and nice amenities to use while there. The location was perfect for exploring around Belmont Shore. Just what we were hoping for in a vacation rental!」

「Great place; perfect location for us! Responses were swift from owner as well. Uber clean and very spacious. All the beaches were close by, with Seal Beach actually being my favorite. Tons of shops, great food; without the super packed crowds of Venice Beach. If you leave early (as we did) Universal is 45mins away. Stopped for breakfast so we made it in 60mins. Tons of shopping too (my girls loved that part). Torrance mall is ginormous & not far from the apartment. Almosy forgot to...

「We had the opportunity to stay at Marbella Lane - Grand 2BR w/ Beach & Ocean Views, Excellent location, incredible views from the ninth floor room nine o six, and being on the corner of the building allows you to see in several directions. Very spacious rooms, everything very organized and modern. Communication with the host was excellent. I RECOMMEND IT! The only recommendation I have is that the instructions on the entrance to the building, virtual key and parking should be sent separately...
