Such a cute little place! Perfect for my husband baby and I. The walk through closet area was perfect for the pack and play! Woke up and realized that there wasn’t enough towels, messaged the property before 8:00 am and had towels delivered wishing 5 minutes.

Fantastic Long Beach rental

This rental is in a perfect location, it is spacious and very clean and the host is quick to respond. I’ve stayed here twice and hope to do so again when I come to Long Beach to visit a grandbaby!

Long Beach Grand Prix

Property was perfect for our stay! Nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of good restaurants and close to bus routes. Place was clean and bed comfortable. We had a small issue that Mark took care of right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing. The studio was perfectly stocked with essentials, the decor made it inviting and and cozy Everything was exactly what was described in the details of the property. The host, Mark was awesome,he was helpful and always responded quick to any questions I had during our stay. I would stay here again and would highly recommend booking this place!

My wife and I stayed here for a short weekend trip to visit friends in Long Beach. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely choose to stay at this property again. Mark was easy to communicate with and the check-in and check-out process could not have been easier. The location was in a very quiet neighborhood with food and local night life within walking distance. Five out of five star experience for sure!

Dog-friendly beach house

Pleasant cottage tucked away in a friendly residential neighborhood. Mark, the owner, is personable, responsive, and available. Close to Rosie’s Dog Beach - which is a must-visit for dog owners. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful little studio!

This was a perfect studio for my friend and I to visit Long Beach. It’s a quiet and cute neighborhood with a nice easy walk to the beach. The property manager was great and made it easy for us to find the property to check in and check out easily. Highly recommend this location!

This was such a cute little spot. Perfect for a couple. Everything was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was lovely to walk around. We ate at the Italian restaurant around the corner and The Attic just a little further. Both were excellent

Great little place

Both my girlfriend and I really loved this little one bedroom unit. The bed was super comfortable and the decor was really beachy and appropriate for the neighborhood. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The best thing about this experience was the interaction I had with the property owner Mark, he was so quick to address my questions as well as making a special checkout out as we were there for the Coastal Country Jam until Sunday night. I needed to leave the dogs until we returned. Highly recommend this property for all the reasons below especially because Mark is an outstanding owner who is not here to just take your money but ensure your stay at his home is catered to your needs. If I'm in that area again and need to stay overnight and his home is available.... That's where I want to lay my head!! Thank you Mark, for all you did to accommodate our situation. 👍👍👍

Inaccurate listing in many ways

Checkin process good, communication with manager good. House smelled bad, old musty smell everywhere. Most upset about the several items of inaccuracy in listing. Couch falling apart, the beds bedding needs new sheets and pillows. A pillow for the couch is needed. Just a thought, it would be a nice touch and feel more inviting if a small plate of cookies/cake/etc with a personalized welcome note was present upon arrival, definitely more towels needed in bathroom, actually have plenty of laundry soap on hand prior to arrival is a must instead of needing to ask, fix the plentiful parking on listing as that is absolutely not the case whatsoever, update the welcome binder. Overall it needs a lot more to feel any sort of a warm welcome feeling for guests. Spend more money on your rental instead of your own marble steps and rest of home like it os so clearly obvious. We did appreciate very much how quiet it was the entire time, thank you. I hope you take this all into account and work a little more on your rental. Please put yourself in the guests shoes and and I hope you put some love and tlc into what could be a somewhat decent place to stay. Thank you for the good points and good luck in the future!

The best part of this stay is the neighborhood and how close it is to the ocean. Other than that, the house feels dated and the overall design feels like a hodge podge. We will most likely stay somewhere else in the future.

Great Beach Bungalow

Mark was spot on with the description of this cute bungalow near the beach. The place was clean and welcoming. There was a coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils so we ate in most mornings, which saved us a little vacation cash. My husband and I felt at home and Mark is personable, responsive and kind. We will definitely book again!
