「We stayed here as a family from Sunday through Friday, and it was perfect for our trip. I was working on the Stanford campus, which is just about 2 miles away and easily walkable. The location is also fantastic for exploring Palo Alto—downtown is an easy walk, and we enjoyed going out for dinner in the evenings. The house itself is comfy, quiet, and has relaxing décor that made it feel like a true home away from home. My son especially loved it, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend!」

「Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything.
