You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Our beach condo is the ultimate family-friendly spot. For the adults, a hot tub. For the kids, a decked out game room with pop-a-shot, arcade games and Mario Kart. There's 200+ mbps internet, a giant 77 inch TV and a workspace. There are premium Helix mattresses and heated toilet seat. You can hear the ocean!

It's walking distance to the beach, breweries, an 18-hole golf course and gorgeous coastal hiking. And it's just 20 minutes from downtown SF and 15 minutes to SFO airport.
The space
You'll go through a yellow gate and either go into the condo or go to the private backyard with a hot tub and lounge seating.

In the living room, there's a giant 77 inch smart TV with cable, Netflix, and Amazon Prime video. There is a trundle bed in the living room with two twin beds. Kitchen and dining area are outfitted with everything you need to make a great meal. There's also a dedicated workspace.

Off the living room, there's a game room with pop-a-shot, the Simpsons arcade game, a Wii and tons of toys. Free laundry is there too.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size luxury Helix mattress and one with a queen luxury Helix mattress and a twin XL trundle bed.

The bathroom has a tub and heated toilet seat.

There is free parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Street parking is free and easy.

Guests have access to the entire condo and private backyard.
Other things to note
No parties and the group must be quiet after 10 PM inside and outside. Guests cannot bring more than the specified number of people. We live nearby and have picky neighbors so we thank you for your understanding :)

Great spot for exploring the Bay Area

The house was perfect for us exploring around the Bay Area. The place had space and beds for our family. Great for walking to the ocean! This part of Pacifica offers a nice pier but fewer dining options. Off street parking was a plus. Host was responsive during our stay.

Quiet Getaway

The place is exactly as pictured. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully supplied with goodies and needs for your stay. Area is quiet and safe, so I was able to enjoy my stay there. Appreciated the notes and labeling around the house to know where things were or how to use things. Overall, great place to stay!

A Playful Paradise in Pacifica

Sending lots of appreciation for the thoughtfulness, ease and attention to detail in this charming Sharp Park Rental. Between the provided amenities on the property (gameroom&hot tub) and the incredible location (near beach and ChitChatcafe) there was plenty to enjoy for us!

Nice place great location

Great little place, everything you need. Within walking distance to the ocean and a few small stores. Fun little game room for younger kids, teens not so much. Nothing really negative other than no jacuzzi after 10pm, but I get it, neighbors and upstairs tenants.

The property was nice, clean, and as advertised. The location was excellent with easy access to the beach, Pacifica, the city, etc. The hot tub is a nice addition and was very clean. The game room was a hit with the kids.

Comfy home close to the beach

This was a great home base for moms and kids quick trip to the ocean. Walking distance to bagel shop and beach for playing in the sand, and a short drive to State beach better for swimming. Very helpful and responsive hosts too!
