Some of the furniture with fake leather was very weathered and peeling. Overall my experience was good, although the morning I was checking out I noticed two additional charges billed to my credit card on file. I went to the front desk to find out what they were for, was told they were just authorizations and would fall off in a couple days and was provided with a receipt that didn’t show the charges billed to my card. A couple days later, they posted to my credit card rather than falling off, so I called the property to follow up again. Was told the charges were for the water bottles they leave in the room ($13 water bottles 😳) and the guy said they had already been refunded and the refunds posting to my account will depend on my bank. Hopefully they’ll post in the next few days. Also, I didn’t touch the water bottles. Even though there was no signage to tell you the cost of the waters, I figured the hotel would charge me for them, so I never even touched them.

We had a room that was very clean and recently renovated. Nice style and amenities. The toiletries were top shelf. A stand out was Zephyr, the lobby cafe and bar. Outstanding g coffee and a good selection of single serving alcoholic drinks and snacks.
