「We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to the area and we were so pleased with the location. It was so easy to get to State Street and all of the fun things Santa Barbara has to offer! There is also a B Cycle rack just out the door which made it convenient to jump on a bike and enjoy the city! The accommodations were fresh, clean, and just perfect! We plan to return soon! 」

「Patio Suite is packed with charm and on a quiet corner just steps away from State Street and the ocean! The bed was comfortable; there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure: the linens were fresh and fluffy; and tv and WiFi worked well! The kitchen was outfitted with plenty of practical cooking utensils and a good coffee machine :) And we found the nearby train’s call for “All aboard” endearing, not annoying.We think we found a “treasure” in the area of Santa Barbara that we love to...

「Pros: great location, on-site laundry. owner was responsive except for when we were trying to check in and the key was not where we had been told it would be.Cons: on check in, key was not where it was supposed to be. multiple attempts to contact host were unanswered. We received an answer 2 hours later.The carpet needs to be replaced. Carpeted floors make no sense in a place like this with a climate like this. It's not sanitary.There was only one working space heater in the whole place. We...

「The Marlowe was in the perfect location in Santa Barbara! Close to beach, State st, Funk Zone, and train station. The Vista Suite was well appointed, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated …felt like I stepped back in time. Highly recommend!」
