「Lovely apartment/bungalow right near the beach! Location was excellent for relaxing walks and food. The renovated 1930's(?) apartment was superb, and very welcoming! Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

「Check in and out was very easy. It was very clean and within walking distance to the beach and downtown area. It would be nice if there were a couple beach chairs to take to the beach but definitely not a deal breaker. We would stay here again. 」

「It was just my teen and me. We were either a short walk or an Uber away from everything. The walk to the beach was short and easy, and it is a gorgeous beach!! My son is gluten free and fell in love with all of the choices including the 2 Lilac restaurants that are 100% gluten free. The unit does have a bit of a musty smell for those that are sensitive, but I just bring my air purifier when I travel and didn't have any problems. Thank you!! 」

「Great location, biking/walking distance from train to funk zone to State Street. We even biked to the Santa Barbara Bowl for a concert and utilized free bike valet. Great vacation spot! 」
