「Pros: great location, on-site laundry. owner was responsive except for when we were trying to check in and the key was not where we had been told it would be.Cons: on check in, key was not where it was supposed to be. multiple attempts to contact host were unanswered. We received an answer 2 hours later.The carpet needs to be replaced. Carpeted floors make no sense in a place like this with a climate like this. 「So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. Also fantastic location to walk to anything you could want or need in Santa Barbara. We can’t wait to stay here again!! 」
