「Large, comfortable and very well-equipped condo in a location that is essentially perfect in terms of proximity (short walks) to live theater, farmers' and other markets and serious restaurants, as well to as the beautiful downtown streets of Santa Barbara. Plus, lovely courtyard in the rear; very quiet neighbourhood; and solid comfort throughout. Will be our first choice for our next extended stay in Santa Barbara.」

「The casita behind the main house is lovely! Very private and beautifully decorated with everything you need for an amazing stay. The location is just a few blocks off State Street so everything is walkable to the restaurants, shops and stores. There is also a little grocery store only 1 block away if you need to pick up some drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay again!」

「Magnolia Cottage provided a wonderful base camp as we welcomed our new granddaughter into the world. "Bear Cave" as our 4-year old grandson nicknamed Magnolia Cottage provided hours of play time (including wrestling), food preparation, baking and even a gingerbread house build. Particulars:The house itself is charming - 3 nice bedrooms, 2 baths.All the beds are comfortable, well pillowed. Kitchen is well appointed - has anything you will need, including a hand mixer for gingerbread house mixing....
